RETURNs

All CLOTHINGs unworn, non-damage, and returned as received, may be returned within 7 days of the order being delivered. 

Swimwear, Accessories, and Items on Sale, are exempt. There items are EXEMPT and are not APPROVED for RETURNs no EXCHANGEs. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, Sale items cannot be.

Unfortunately there are NO REFUNDS, all authorized RETURNS will receive a store credit.

Customer is REQUIRED to provide PROOF of Purchase and Shipping Cost in order to complete a return. 

Exchanges and Store Credit 

All orders are inspected prior to shipping, if customer needs an exchange, it will be exchanged for same item ONLY. Once return is received, inspected, and approved, your exchange/store credit will be processed or store credit will be issued, within 15 days. Customer will be notified of approval or rejection via email. Send an email to fiiwear1@gmail.com and Fii Wear, LLC., will provide a return address to send item(s) to.

 Gifts 

Gift purchases shipped directly to customers will receive a Store Gift Credit for the value of their return. Once returned item is received, a Gift Certificate will be emailed to customer for store credit or purchase.
